Check our booking system below to see if the space is available at your required day/time and submit your request for hire. Then download and submit a Room Hire Application. Acceptance of booking will be at the discretion of the Eaton Family Centre Management Committee.
$90 for any length of time within your allocated 4 hour block which must include set-up, pack down, thorough cleaning and if necessary checking and locking of doors.
$200 is payable at the time of booking to confirm hire. Payment is require within two weeks of invoice being issued.
Hire includes activity room with children’s and adult tables & chairs, shared use of the kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge ect, crockery and cutlery and access to attractive play areas
Each of these two rooms can accommodate up to 40 people. The rooms have vinyl floor coverings and access to an outdoor covered verandah and enclosed safe playground area. The kitchen is located off these rooms for easy access. Toileting is available either off the rooms or if you prefer using the toilets located in the foyer area. Three power points are located around the rooms. Air-conditioned & ceiling fans keep you cool in summer, with heating available for winter. Other equipment available.
Our meeting room is located off the foyer and is suitable for small meetings or gatherings. Suitable for approximately 25 people. Tea & coffee making facilities are stored in the room. A wall mounted white board is helpful.2 double power points are located in the room. Air- conditioned & ceiling fans keep you cool in summer, with heating available for winter. Other equipment available.
Our kitchen is accessible from either Activity Room 1 or 2, overlooking our large, shady outdoor playground area. Four power points are located in this area. Benches run around three sides of the room with a double sink. Other equipment available.
Both of our outdoor areas are fully fenced and safe. There are two separate play areas suitable for 0-5 year old age group. Large trees provide a great shady area to play. Each side also has a verandah for protection from the elements
Our centre has two ACCROD car parks immediately off the covered front verandah. Wheelchair access and front door handles for easy entry. A toilet for disabled persons is located in the foyer.

The Eaton Community Hive has rooms available for your child’s birthday party.
Included in the cost of hire is an air conditioned room with kitchen facilities and outdoor play equipment in a large fully fenced play area.
Small and large tables and chairs are provided.
A fully functional room and wonderful playground that takes the hassle and mess out of having a party at home!
